Customer Satisfaction is my top priority! I do my best to provide good photos and accurate descriptions, but if you get an artifact from me and you aren't happy with it for any reason, PLEASE RETURN IT!!!

Shipping Policy

I use my own boxes for shipping, they are 200 lb tested tuck top boxes, the best I could find. I also put the artifact in a bubble wrap bag, and a sheet of foam padding, the photo below shows the boxes and packing materials.

Shipping Fees

$5.00 for mailing first class up to 1 pound (anything over a pound must ship priority mail), $8.00 for Priority mail. Larger items and packages over 2 pounds, I will figure up the price for you. I will also ship by Registered Mail, fees and insurance will vary. If you prefer shipment by FedEx, UPS, or another option I will figure the fee on request.

Insurance fees

Insurance is optional, but recommended, I am not responsible for uninsured packages damaged in shipping.

$2 for packages under $100 in total value. $3 for under $200, and $5 for packages valued between $200 and $300. Add $1 for each $100 in total value for packages over $300.

International Shipping

I will ship items overseas, you will need to make payment through paypal. I will also need to know what information is required to send items to your country. Please contact me with your preferred shipping method and I will figure out the fees.

Return Policy

I offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Return Period Relics to be returned must be in the same condition as sent. Refunds will be sent once the item is returned.

Authentication Policy

If you want to send a point off to an authenticator, I am happy to work with you, if you need more time. So feel free to show it to anyone you whose opinion you value.

Payment Policy

Money Orders are preferred, but I will accept Checks or Pay Pal. Personal Checks will be held for 10 business days before the package is shipped.

Layaway Policy

If you can pay off the items within four months I will put points on hold for you. If you decide not to complete the transaction I will provide a full refund. If someone repeatedly puts items on hold and doesn't pay for them, I may not offer them this layaway program in the future.
